I currently do not take other insurance.

  • If i do not take your insurance, you can you can see if your insurance plan will reimburse the costs. If so, you’ll pay out of pocket and I’ll send you a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. If not, then my services remain out of pocket.

If you are seeking couples counseling, ask specifically if your plan covers family/couples counseling.

Starting Out & Scheduling

Before we start, we will hold a free 30 minute virtual meet & greet. This give you a chance to learn about me, ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.

If we are, I will provide you with of all policy and consent forms and we will schedule our initial session. Most people find having a set day and time for counseling helps form a strong working relationship and better sense of progress.

I get it- You may feel the tension between investing in your relationship and sticking to a budget. Both matter, so let’s talk.

If you aren’t using insurance and have financial considerations, we can discuss sustainable arrangements for counseling.
